SYNOPSIS
While in cruise the aircrafts engine stopped due to fuel exhaustion. Although a second fuel tank that contained fuel was selected, engine restart was unsuccessful. A heavy forced landing in difficult terrain resulted with the aircraft being substantially damaged. There were no injuries.
